That’s a good question… I’m Jonathan! I’ve dedicated my life to music and I want to share my pop-rock-country-jazz-blues-soul-singer-songwriter recordings with you. Say that 5 times fast.
My mission is to connect with you emotionally and be your beacon of inspiration whenever you need it. My music is usually as optimistic as my coffee is strong, but I can get down in the dumps too! I swing the guitar like Jack Johnson and like to play bluesy grace notes on the piano.
This CD is about learning to embrace where we are in our life journey as we try to grow. Learning how to play instruments, sing, write, record, hire great musicians, and finish recordings is my personal musical journey demonstrated on this album. The listening experience is time travel because each song gets older and older, all the way back to my 2014 recording of Joyous Days, made on GarageBand. I know you have “Best Takes” in your own life endeavors, so let’s relive and embrace them together :)

Well, hopefully you heard a clip of my music… which led you here… which means you don’t completely hate it. IF you like Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder, Sam Cooke, Frank Sinatra, or really ANY of the oldies, I think we at least have a lot in common!
I still want to know… what’s the point of this?
Look, I’ll be honest. I didn’t even have a CD player before this, and I didn’t think anyone else had one either. BUT, I want to make a connection with you. And I think the best way to do that is through this physical medium that we can cherish forever. Spotify links are cool, but let’s get DEEP.
